A little Chub in the Tub

This is for Noelle!!

Our friends, Noelle and Jacob Lewis came to hang out with us last Sunday night so of course Landon and his best friend, Talmage, had to take a bath together! They are so stinking cute! Two little chunks in the tub together! We can't wait for the Lewis' to move closer!
So... bath time consisted of Landon splashing and kicking his legs and crawling all over the tub while Talmage played with whatever toys Landon wouldn't steal from him! He was such a good sport! I'm so glad that we have the Lewis' as friends! It's funny because they were married two months after us, then they had Talmage two months after Landon. We became friends while I was subbing for someone as the ward chorister and Noelle played the organ. Once we knew we were both pregnant and having boys it just sealed the deal! We will have to be friends forever!!

Unfortunately... I could only find two pictures that were okay to post... so I will have to send the rest to you Noelle! :)

Easter Bunny and Moving Day

This year I took Landon to the Sharing Down Syndrome Easter Egg Hunt!! It was so fun. We went to Rockin R Ranch and met up with my parents, little sister (Emily - 4 years), and my Uncle's family. Of course we stopped by to see the Easter bunny (who happened to be my cousin's music therapist! Then we headed off to the dancing area and shook our groove thing for a while! By that time it was raining pretty bad so I decided to check out to help Tyler with the moving.

Tyler, his dad, and Kaylyn were moving all morning in the rain (we decided to rent a U-haul that morning). So, thankfully... Landon slept the whole time we were loading the truck in his car seat. I can't believe how smoothly our move went, regardless of the rain and lack of able bodies... All I can say is THANK YOU THANK YOU to Tyler's dad and sister... and of course my GREAT husband! (There you go Tyler... you made the blog). I will be posting pictures of our new house soon.... I can't say how nice it is to have carpet! Ahhh..... and a big kitchen with cupboards that I'm not scared to put my dishes in! Joe loves the stairs, I love the light in the house (and the giant master bathtub, Tyler just loves being a homeowner in general.... he's already dreaming up projects! I'm pretty sure that Landon's favorite things about the house are the little door stoppers that when you slap make a bbbrrjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjrrrrr sound, he also loves taking baths in his bathtub, and crawling freely without us picking him up and putting him on our little patch of carpet in the other house! :)

PS If anyone wants to buy a house there are several on our street! :) Also, we found the BEST real estate agent ever! Let us know if you want her info!

Study Buddies

Here are the last pictures we took in our house on campus... Tyler and Landon studying! Landon enjoyed sitting on Tyler while he was reading. Maybe us being students will somehow benefit Landon and make him want to read... so far he likes to eat books! :) Mmmm....

If Ye Love Me Feed My Boxers

I don't know how this came about exactly but Tyler and I got to talking about every sheep matters even the one that wanders off.... so somehow Joe became the lost sheep.... boxer. So naturally Tyler had to pick him up then run and get my bathrobe... nice.
It was way more funny while it was happening!

Oh the things we do to entertain ourselves while we are poor college students and parents! And poor Joe... he looks very ashamed to be part of this entertainment.

Our little Family

Darn wind... This was the best one...
I don't think Landon gets the whole taking a picture idea.

Ahhh... the sun!

I love this kid!

So, here are some family pictures we took out in the grass on campus before we moved. The grass was fabulous!! So, maybe we're not the best picture takers of ourselves... but I still think that it's important to take pictures, especially since Landon is growing so fast!
